Privacy and data use
Know what this prototype can and cannot protect.
Hosh is an independent demonstration prototype. It is not operated by or affiliated with a government authority and is not approved for public-service reporting.
Do not put OTPs, passwords, UAE PASS approvals, card or bank details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in a chat.
Information in web chat
Web chat requires a Clerk sign-in. Messages and an optional image are saved in this prototype’s private database so you can resume the conversation. Clerk handles sign-in, and the ChatKit interface loads from OpenAI infrastructure to display the conversation. The operator overview is limited to metadata such as report time, type, status, and delivery state; it does not return message contents or image files.
Retention and deletion
Messages and saved images remain until explicitly deleted; they do not expire automatically. You can delete saved web conversations from chat history. This removes that conversation, its messages, and associated image records for your signed-in web account; it does not delete WhatsApp records. Deleting active records does not establish when backup copies expire.
Separate channels
Your web chats belong to your signed-in account. WhatsApp conversations remain separate. The system does not merge either history by matching a phone number.
No external action
A report receipt is not an assessment, an authority review, or proof that action was taken. This prototype does not automatically send referrals, contact third parties, or request takedowns.
